We have designed and set up a secure website which is being powered and managed on our behalf by MU Data Services.

Suppliers can log onto our website and register their company details and then progress and complete the on-line questionnaire.

Once completed the information provided by each supplier will be assessed and ultimately unique supplier approval numbers will be issued to all successful companies.

Only approved suppliers will be invited to tender for all future requirements and during the next 12 months, each suppliers performance levels will be monitored further.

The costs involved for us to generate such a system are very high but we believe that benefits are available to both suppliers and ourselves.

We are requesting the each supplier contribute towards these costs and pays an on-line fee of £50+ VAT. All of our existing and any new suppliers (with the exception only of charity organisations) must complete the Vision Hotel Services Supplier Management Programme as follows:

Step 1:   Register on-line by visiting www.supply-vision.co.uk
Step 2:   Complete Stage 1 by entering your company information
Step 3:   View and accept our trading terms and conditions
Step 4:   Make your on-line payment
Step 5:   Complete all of the on-line questionnaire regarding your supply capabilities and products
Step 6:   The information you have provided us will be assessed
Step 7:   You will be advised if your application to become an approved Vision supplier has been successful and you will be notified with regards to your unique Supplier Authorisation Number.
